The Starter Website is ₱2,499 (introductory, one-time website design fee) for a one-page responsive website with up to 6 sections. Business and Custom websites are quoted individually based on the number of pages and features you need, and you’ll receive the quote in writing before any work starts.

It’s paid in two parts: ₱1,250 before development starts, and the ₱1,249 balance after you approve the preview of your website, before launch or turnover. That’s ₱2,499 in total. No payments are taken on this website — payment details are confirmed with you in writing.

The design fee covers designing and building your one-page website. It does not include domain registration or renewals, paid hosting, logo design, additional pages, e-commerce or payment systems, booking systems, premium third-party assets, major redesigns, or ongoing maintenance. Any third-party costs are paid directly to those providers.

Our target is 3–5 working days, counted from when we receive the initial payment and all of your project materials (text, photos, logo, contact details). It’s a target rather than a guarantee: timing depends on complete materials and how quickly feedback comes back. Larger websites get their own timeline with the quote.

The Starter Website includes two rounds of minor revisions — small adjustments within the agreed scope, such as wording, colors, or swapping supplied images. Redesigns, new sections, or new pages are outside the Starter scope.

For 14 calendar days after launch, we fix bugs in the website we built, within the agreed scope. It isn’t extra revisions, new features, or ongoing maintenance. A longer support period can be arranged by mutual agreement.

It’s a working sample website featuring your business name and an industry style, shared with you at an unlisted link — not shown on our website or in search engines — so you can see and click through it before deciding. Anyone you forward the link to can open it. It’s a preview of the direction — not your finished website.

A domain (like yourbusiness.com) gives you a professional web address. Domain registration, renewals, and any paid hosting are not part of our design fee — they’re paid directly to those providers. For the Starter Website we can help you deploy on Cloudflare Pages where it suits your site.

Your logo (the Starter package doesn’t include logo design), photos of your business or products, your services or menu, contact details, and opening hours. Development starts once we have your materials and the initial payment.

Yes. Changes after launch beyond the 14-day bug-fix support are arranged separately, since ongoing maintenance isn’t included in the Starter price. We’ll talk through the options when you need them.

Yes. We’re starting in the Philippines and welcome clients anywhere. Everything can be handled online.

No — SitePorma focuses on website design and development. The Starter Website includes basic on-page SEO (clean structure, page titles and descriptions) and image optimization, but we don’t sell advertising or social media management.
