Short version: we don’t track you, we don’t sell data, and we only see what you choose to email us.

Who we are
SitePorma (“SitePorma”, “we”, “us”) designs and builds websites for small businesses. We are based in the Philippines. You can reach us at [email protected].
What this website collects
- No tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels. We don’t use them on this website.
- No accounts and no server-side forms. Nothing you type on this website is sent to us.
- Fonts are hosted with the website, so your browser does not contact third-party font services when you visit.
The preview playground and inquiry builder
The “Try it yourself” preview and the inquiry form on our contact page run entirely inside your browser. They do not save or transmit what you type. The inquiry form simply prepares a message and opens your own email app — the message only reaches us if you choose to send it.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use this information only to reply to you, prepare a demo or quote you asked for, and provide our services if you become a client. We don’t sell or rent your information. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for your inquiry, our working relationship, and our legal or accounting obligations.
Browser storage on demo pages
On demo websites, if you hide the small “Sample website by SitePorma” notice, your browser remembers that choice in session storage until you close the tab. It is not sent to us.
Hosting and security
This website is delivered by a hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare). Like any web server, it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. This processing is governed by the provider’s own privacy policy.
Personalized demo websites
When we prepare a personalized preview for a business, we use the business’s name and publicly available business information (such as its public contact details, services, or menu), or information the business has given us. Preview pages are marked as previews, are not listed on our website, and ask search engines not to index them. If you own or represent a business and would like a preview removed, email us and we will take it down.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and similar laws elsewhere, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email[email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
