About these terms
These terms apply to your use of siteporma.com, operated by SitePorma (“SitePorma”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Our services
SitePorma provides website design and development. Descriptions on this website are general information, not an offer. The scope, price, timeline, and other details of any project are set out in a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this website.
Prices and payments
- Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).
- The Starter Website is an introductory, one-time website design fee of₱2,499, paid as ₱1,250 (before development starts) and ₱1,249 (after you approve the preview, before launch or turnover).
- The design fee does not include third-party costs such as domain registration or renewals, paid hosting, or premium third-party assets. These are paid directly to those providers.
- Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and start once the initial payment and complete project materials are received.
- No payments are taken on this website. Business and Custom projects are quoted individually in writing.
Sample and personalized demo websites
- Sample demos (shown in our Demo Showroom) feature fictional businesses. Their names, prices, addresses, phone numbers, and other details are placeholders and do not describe real businesses.
- Personalized previews are design concepts we prepare for a specific business at an unlisted link. They are not that business’s official website, are not published or approved by the business, and do not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with SitePorma.
- Interactive features on demos (such as booking, ordering, or quote buttons) are for demonstration only. They do not send, store, or process any requests.
- We may change or remove any demo at any time. Business owners can ask us to remove a preview at any time.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code, and illustrations on this website and its demos belong to SitePorma unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to them, but you may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership and usage rights for client websites are defined in each project’s agreement. Business names and trademarks of others belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse this website — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to mislead others.
No warranty
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SitePorma is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or its demos.
